(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was referred by my Dr due to effects suffered after Chemo and anxiety.

Katrina was brilliant with me from the start. Giving me leaflets to read and all sessions apart from one took place over the phone, the visit was to arrange bed helper for me.

Everything Katrina did for me was very beneficial, from breathing techniques to even helping me to weed my pot plants and now going for regular walks out the back instead of sleeping.

Katrina could not have done any more and I felt great after every call that we had and certainly better than any other sessions I have had in the past for different services. Katrina listened to every detail/complaint I had, and she always had an answer for me, she really was brilliant/
