About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Excellent service, staff were very professional and friendly.   They cared for me at a time when I would have been very anxious about going into hospital.   They explained at all times my medication/ care.   They also kept my family updated when they were in my home.   Excellent service to be in place.
