"Impossible to get an appointment "

Can’t get through at 8 am on the phone, told they release online appointments too. Never any available, have spent hours refreshing the page and trying to call. If you manage to get through they can’t give you an appointment in the future. I have a full time job and can’t queue at the practice every morning. It’s impossible!! Mine isn’t an emergency but I need medical help and would be happy with an appointment in the future rather than taking an emergency appointment. So frustrating. What is the answer??
