Over 4 hours I waited to get told to rest and ice a rugby injury! I really hope nobody is ever dying and is told they’re being brought here, because I would be telling the ambulance to drive to Newcastle instead.
Without doubt is the worst A&E department in the entire UK!
Staff might be friendly, but the doctors and nurses are useless.
Whatever the lowest star rating is, take 100 off that, and that’s the true rating!
