"Rude"

I took my son to Guys today to discuss the removal times for his 4 1st adult molars due to enamel hypoplasis. I was told by the dental team we had at St Thomas that after 4 temporary fillings had settled the teeth & no further decay was present so we would keep 2 of them indefinitely & review the other 2 over time so will fill all with permanent fillings. Well today he was seen & the person was very rude! She made a nasty comment about my face mask, it is a cats face! Then she turned to me like it was my choice & diagnosis & said to me “Of course they need to be removed & soon!” I replied, nicely “Oh that isn’t what I was told, they were hoping to refill them permanently & keep them longer” “No, that’s not right!”! There is absolutely no need to talk to me like that! I was polite & accommodating as I always am! I don’t know what else to do other than to leave this review to warn other people how rude some of the people there are!
