There is one particular receptionist who has been quite rude in the past. Recently she continues to show no empathy or resolutions to patients requests.

Dear Patient thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry you had difficulties with one of our reception team. I am sorry you were left feeling this way, the team do work extremely hard in a very busy and pressurised environment to ensure all our patients get the best level of service.
