About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The care in which i received on both occasions was outstanding.  The care team were all fantastic and put me and my family at ease during treatment.  Thanks so much too all involved.

Also had input from team Pharmacist Carla.
