"I feel ignored on ward 6"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery University Hospital Wishaw / General Medicine (Wards 5 & 8)

(as a service user),

I feel ignored. I'm meant to get treatments but they don't bother, some medication has been stopped, I'm worried about it and I can't approach them about it. They were nice when I arrived, but now I hardly talk to a nurse. They don't know how much I'm eating or drinking but are meant to take note for the doctor. They take a long long time to answer the nurse button (one patient was left on a commode for 30+mins) I think they forgot about the patient, some people got given the wrong medication, one patient was left with a tourniquet on. I didn't feel safe on the ward.
