"Unempathetic Receptionist"

About: Southlands Medical Group

My mother in law left her GP practice in tears due to the way she was spoken to by a receptionist here. She got the day wrong for her appointment. She is elderly and often gets confused due to her dementia, there was no need to make a vulnerable person feel bad just because they made a mistake on an appointment date!
