"Appalling "

Having spoken to NHS 111 and a pharmacy I was advised to go to the walk in. There were 6 peope in there. I had an initial assessment adter an hour and then saw the ‘nurse practitioner’ after another hour who knew nothing. I explained I had constipation and I was also awaiting a scan. She said she couldn’t do anything, I asked her if I could get movicol on prescription as my GP sister had said that would help. She hadn’t heard of it and said I would have to go to my GP for a rectual examination before it could be prescribed. I went to Boots and got it over the counter. A waste of 2 1/2 hours.
