This GP service need a complete overhaul. The management are awful. Most of the staff are rude and completely dismissive of you, like you're an inconvenience to them. The average waiting time for this GP has gradually got worse over the years. I've had to wait for over a month, told to call back another time, declining me access to my GP in times of need. The receptionists think they have a master degree in a medical field and divulge personal medical information they are not qualified or responsible for giving that information away. Theres a new doctor every week and there's no option to see a regular doctor.

Dear Anonymous Patient,

Thank you for your email and apologise for the inconvenience of not getting through to our reception. As you have not left any contact details I cannot ring you back or contact you and I am not even sure if you are registered at this Practice as there two separate GP Practices within Dartford East Health Centre, we are Pilgrims Way Surgery and the other Practice is called Dr Shimmins & Partners.
