"No communication "

About: Russells Hall Hospital

My adult daughter went to a&e with her mum, she suffers with sever anxiety and mental confusion. She was told by the reception and a nurse it would be fine for her mum to stay with her as she was in the same household and she showing signs of confusion. However when called in, a different nurse refused to allow anybody to go in with her causing great distress. I understand that times are challenging but it is a management responsibility to ensure that a consistent response is given by everyone by all.
