Why, oh why is it so very difficult to get an appointment and thats if you are lucky enough to get through? Tried Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only to be told appointments all gone and thats before 8.30 am. Why cant we book appointments in advance or on line, especially when a follow up appointment is required? Why do we have to keep listening to the same messages re COVID, when there could be a 'skip' button as you have to listen to it every time you try to ring up? Why isnt there a facility to say 'no appointments left' when you have been waiting in a 'queue' and then to be told 'no appointments left for today, try again tomorrow'. Then go through the whole frustrating procedure all over again?

Dear Molly, I am sorry for the difficulties you have been having getting though to us on the phone. There are ongoing improvements to this issue and I am looking to see an improvement in the near future. At the moment online booking will remain switched off however as soon as this is due to begin again anyone with online access will be informed. We are increasing our number of available appointments so going forward access to an appointment will be easier. Best Regards Emma, Practice Manager
