"Shoddy treatment of depression"

About: Brighton Station Health Centre

Being with this medical practice has been one of the most frustrating experiences with medical care in my life. I'm not a stupid person, but you'd need to be a rocket scientist to figure out of how to consistently get your prescription each month. Countless times my prescription is not at the pharmacy, they put script reviews in at different points and then leave you without medication because you're not able to book an appointment. They don't allow you to book doctor's appointments because of course then they would need to report on waiting list delays. So every day you have to call at 8am to see if you can meet a doctor. Call at 8.10am? Probably too late. Have to work at 8am every day? Tough luck. They do not care about continuity of medical prescriptions. If you are someone with depression, anxiety or other mental health issues I would avoid like the plague because you probably will be out of medication with no recourse every few months. If you need to work at 8am then I also wouldn't sign up, because it will next to impossible to book an appointment if you work 8-9am each day.
