"Poor service"

My daughter suffers from Crohn’s disease, and is on certain medications, i noticed a rash appear on her back and rang kibworth health centre to get her checked out by a GP which was advised by the IBD Team at the LRI, after waiting 25 mins on the phone the following morning, I got an appointment face to face with a nurse practitioner, what a waist of time that was, she clearly had no clue what so ever why the rash had come about, nor what to recommend for it, when asking to see a doctor i was told there were no doctors at the surgery and also that they wouldn’t be able to advise me on my daughter’s rash either, i repeatedly requested again that i wanted to see a GP and begrudgingly booked me in for a phone consultation a week later (earliest they can do) but if i was worried then go to A&E. So all in all it was a complete waist of time, a GP surgery with no doctors, one nurse and a village full of patients needing proper health care which we are entitled too and not receiving, basically don’t go to the south leicester medical grp, they are a complete waist of time.
