I had given authorisation to another medical firm to obtain my medical history from Ellis practice dating back to feb 2021.
The emails are yet to be acknowledged.
In addition when I asked reception staff to acknowledge the emails and action them I was told to fill out a form online to get any admin response.
Due to this I have been restricted to further physio needed.
