"waste of time"

been on oxytetracycline for some time for skin problems. Suddenly stopped for review. Spoke to the doctor who gave me a prescription and told me they would be back on repeat. When I phoned the chemist was told the prescription was not received. received text stating the medication had been declined and to phone the surgery. Already in the surgery with my husband, asked reception for appointant and was told "I can't book", phone the surgery?. When I got home I phoned, one and half hours in queue . When answered was told phone back Monday or attend surgery Monday at 8am and ask if any vacancies. Total waste of time.
