How many people are manning the phone lines?? Number 8 to 19 in queues every time I try.

As for the wonderful new website, Hahaha. I registered then was told to visit the surgery where the receptionist would give me a password to be able to use it. She had no knowledge of this and informed me I would have wait for a letter from upstairs.

This is not a joke, I'm seething with this circus of a surgery

We realise our telephone lines are busy. We are experiencing a high increase in demand for our services at this time and apologise for the wait times. We are reviewing our systems on a daily basis to in line with demand. We ask patients to use our footfall platform via our website to ease access and give a faster response time. Depending on the access you are requesting there several security areas we need to check. If you contact us again we can ascertain the access you need for the service you are requesting.
