Hi. I made a complaint about the booking systems and had a reply. But I’m looking at the recent reviews for this surgery. The complaints all seem to be regarding the ridiculous booking system. Also all the answers seem to be the same. When are you going to fix the issues or get a practice manager who can manage Also I had a health screening cancelled and when I asked the receptionist she was very rude and said the person was still off sick. When am I likely to get another call for this very important sceeening

Further to your response I am sorry that you feel we have let you down regarding your NHS health check but unfortunately illness is something we can't predict and despite our best efforts to maintain a fully functioning service, sometimes we can't achieve it. The receptionist was correct. We have had some difficult times recently and I am sure that if you use our e-consult service and request another appointment we will arrange that for you.

I have already responded and acknowledged the difficulties we are having with telephones and this is being looked into. We are doing our best under difficult circumstances at present and I am working with the team to hopefully improve things but it does take time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
