"confused"

been waiting for a knee op now for 2 years, finally got a appointment at a part of king georges hospital, went there for a pre op so they can see and do my obs, then to find out that they are not happy to do the op there as they feel i needed more care, as this is only a day clinic, my sleep apnea could cause a problem and i would be more suited to a nother hospital, they sent me a letter to tell me this but not sent one to my gp, i spoke to my doctor and he asked me to email the letter to him so he can refer me again, i took the letter in, and hey no one has seen the letter, i spoke to my gp and now he tells me he cannot do nothing to help, so what has changed, because im under the hommerton hospital where they told me i have sleep apnea, its down to them, but they have nothing to do with my knee op, and now tells me that king georges need to re refer me, very sad right now and feel helpless
