I had day surgery on June 17 and from beginning to end of the experience I was shown every consideration. Covid precautions were smoothly dealt with, consultants and nursing staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The operation, my recovery and return to the ward were handled with quiet efficiency but throughout I was treated with compassionate care.
