"Shoulder surgery"

I would just like to say a big thank you to all at DoSa at Woodend who looked after me before my surgery by Mr Khan. Down in theatre Rachel and Gary put me at ease. In recovery, sorry can’t remember the nurses name as wasn’t feeling too great, but you were also amazing. I was not expecting to stay over night but I had to and was in Ward 10. To name a few, Emma, Tiffany, Kelly and I think Zita were so kind, caring and helpful. Everyone who has taken care of me throughout my journey, thank you. It was much appreciated.
