"This should not be happening to people"

I have experienced a similar situation to the recent reviewer who left a review on 14/6/21. I also suffer with anxiety and panic.When seeking help from a GP online I was fobbed off and dismissed. I do not believe this surgery is capable of dealing with mental health issues in a compassionate and understanding manner. In my experience you are treated as a nuisance and made to feel ashamed for needing help. This is not acceptable you should be able to at least seek help, without fear of ridicule and rudeness. This only does further harm to your mental health. To the point where you end up suffering in silence made to afraid to seek help because the damage their attitude, ridicule and rudeness does is to make you feel so ashamed you give up. This should not be happening. If the GP can not, will not or doesn't want to help people. Then at least, the very least, do not harm them.
