"Lack of care and unprofessional reception"

About: Kings Cross Surgery

Lack of care is appalling, reception is very chaotic and just asking for a simple prescription usually takes around 6 phone calls in a period of 2 weeks as the staff always got it wrong. Rules change on the go, what was required once doesn't apply the second time yet the staff always acts like "it was always like this." The last time I wanted to see a GP I was told they won't even book me and I had to seek private healthcare.
