Same experience as other posters, Impossible to get an appointment, unhelpful staff who have stooped so low they use the pandemic as an excuse to justify why they cant give you an appointment quote "everybody is in the same boat" I have several underlying health problems and haven't seen my doctor for approx 18 months and I know my health has deteriorated since I last did, It is just so frustating and so depressing that I cannot get to see a GP and I am at the stage now where I have given up and have not got the energy or motivation to ring at 8am only to be gleefully told by various receptionists "sorry no appointments try again tomorrow morning"
