"Horrible rude receptionist"

I just went to ask someone for help. Receptionist was so so rude that he made me cry! I just ask simple question what to do when I am in 6th month of pregnancy and I need register with gp and after go to midwife. He didn’t even say hi and started telling me outside are doors there are numbers and call one of that numbers and don’t seat on the chair, stand up! The way how he said so I was just shocked I never met with such a attitude for no reason. I had tears but I stayed calm, I went outside and call number which support to be GP number. I call 3 times and nobody didn’t pick up the phone. I was waiting 5 minutes went to seat on the bench and tried again and that extremely rude receptionist pick up the phone and connected me to GP finally. Before he saw I am calling he didn’t even bordered to pick up the phone!!! I don’t think this kind of people supposed to work in clinic especially not like receptionist. If he don’t like his job, outside is plenty people waiting for opportunity and let’s be honest pick up the phone and siting all day can everyone!!!! Very bad person!!!
