About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

This is all about the here and now...   I attend the Hosp for a Minor Op with the Day Surgery Team   Pamela and Aileen.  

This Minor Op was to the face area and so the team had to consider long term effects of any scaring.   'For my good looks !'  LOL  

Anyhow from arriving to departure the team were outstanding in every regard.  The were welcoming, explained everything, were considerate and respectful.  I could not have got a better level of treatment from any Hospital across the UK.  Thank you Ladies you were my champions today.

I'm sure your good looks were not affected by the minor operation.

I'm glad you felt welcome and I explained everything clearly to you as I try my best to do so. I understand that it can be a very nervous time and can make it difficult to take in a lot of information when feeling apprehensive.
