"Very poor service"

I've only needed this centre twice and both times I got let down. First visit I was sat in agony in the waiting area for hours whilst people with a runny nose got to see someone, I was forgotten about do left. Today I have been sat at home for a call back, again in agony! Sent photos of my condition as requested but nothing. Staff have put their coats on and go e home obviously. Looking at the reviews on here it's obvious they have a problem
