"Terrible practice "

About: The Gateway Medical Practice

Waited over half hour on phone to be told no appointments and pharmacy can call you next week. Seriously!!!!!!!

I’m in pain with arthritis.

Wednesday only day off as I work mornings 6 days a week.

What a waste of time this surgery is.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry to hear you have had this experience. We value all comments and use them as a way of improvement the service we provide. We are aware how busy our phone lines are at present. We have recently welcomed three new receptionist to our team. We are hopeful that this will reduce waiting times on our telephones.
