"Discriminate against working people"

About: Dr Yb Shah's Practice

Ii work full time, can never get through for an appointment. When I do get through I am told to call back, even when explaining Iam travelling to work during your early morning phones and by the time i get to work cant get through again, told to call back at 2. calling and on hold to get through queue for 40 mins. Then to be told sorry they are very busy, yes I appreciate that but I have a serious medical need.

Theynever call you back when they say they will.

Previously I had a lesion inside my nose and they wanted me to take a picture of it an email it to them- not sure how they thought I would fit a camera up my nostril.

Now I have been bitten by some insect or other and the bite is seriously inflamed and spreading - cant get an appointment- they wont prescribe anti biotics over the phone- last time this happened I required urgent hospital attention- I suggested I take a picture and email it to them so they can see how far it has spread since this moring and they gave me the wrong email address!!

LASt summer Ihad anissue when it was announced that we have to wear face masks- i have PTSD and struggle woth anythng over my mputh- GP i spoke to on the phone said i couldnt be exempt as it isnt a real illness- when I asked what he menat he said its not like having a heart attack or asthma. Ok so if a GP doesnt recognise this condition as a "real illness" then where do we begin in getting the general public on board with understanding unseen illness?

they dont care. as long as they are able to keep their doors closed its ok that the rest of us have to go out to work.

appalling service at this gp practice would never ever recommend them to anyone.
