Like most other patients I have had a negative experience with this practice. It is nearly impossible to reach the reception over the phone with cues of over 30 (!) people and waiting times usually far over an hour. At the practice I have noticed that the phones are on silent and incoming calls ignored by the receptionists during the day time. There have also been a number of incidents where hospital referrals were not followed through or call backs “forgotten”. I am incredibly disappointed with the care I have received here during my pregnancy and I am hoping to change GP practice as soon as I can.
