About: Millview Medical Centre

I have tried to make appointment via the Ask My GP website to be told the service is offline. I then call the GP surgery at Heckington to be told to make an appointment via Ask My GP. What use is that. There are adverts asking you not to be afraid to make appointment with your GP, how can you make an appointment?

Dear patient.

Please accept our apologies for your experience. We have made several adjustments to our systems now including making the system become available earlier and creating urgent slots for use after reception are approached via a phone call once the system has reached capacity.
