I'm sorry to complain but I had enough.

I'm trying to book an appointment and I'm waiting more than

25 minutes in the line !!!! I used all my lunch break to try to book my appointment.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I am sorry your experience was not a positive one.

I'm sorry that you were unable to speak on the phone to a receptionist to book an appointment. I will feedback to the admin team at our next practice meeting so they are aware. We are constantly reviewing our telephone lines to ensure each call is answered in a timely manner.
