My mother was treated by a wonderfully compassionate expert emergency doctor (initials AA). It so good to be the recipient of excellent medical care I.e. respectful and person centred.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback and input regarding the wonderful care your mother received from the said Doctor. I cannot express just how important patient experience and opinions are to the NHS, this is used to see how we can make improvements to better our service. Clearly, you are more than pleased and appreciate all efforts made. Thank you for your enlightening post and all the positivity it brings.
