About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I attended the RAH (Paisley) for an endoscopy and was most impressed by the care and attention I received before, during and after the procedure. During the endoscopy everything which was happening was explained clearly and I felt reassured and comforted.   Before and after the endoscopy staff carried out all the pre-op checks calmly and with my comfort and well-being at the forefront.   Any anxiety I might have felt before the visit to the hospital were quickly and positively resolved.   All staff, including Dr Reed and her team, should be congratulated for carrying out these procedures in a highly professional manner.
