(as a service user),

Visited Ward 16 on Sunday - Hand sanitiser at ward entrance not dispensing any sanitiser

Visited again on Monday  - hand sanitiser at ward entrance not dispensing any, again.

Dear listenmj93, I'm sorry to hear the hand sanitiser had no hand gel avialable. I have spoke with the ward staff and reiterated the importance of checking the hand gel dispeners frequently.
