(as the patient),

I visited the university Monklands Hospital today for a biopsy of a mole on my stomach. I was extremely nervous which was short lived thanks to the amazing staff. I want to give the ladies Angela and Claire the biggest praise as they completely calmed me down and made me feel at ease. I can’t even begin to thank them for their amazing service!
