After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes to get through on the appointment line. I needed to know whether I needed to contact them or the hospital. The receptionist would not acknowledge what a consultant had already told me because it wasn't in writing. As she didn't understand she then blamed me and said I had unclear speech and said it would be better to read out of hours report instead. She did and then directed me to ring the hospital. What a waste of time and the rudeness is uncalled for.
