"Difficulties making an appointment"

About: Queenswood Medical Practice

Having received a message from my Dr to book an appointment, I have been unable to do so. On a number of occasions the switchboard has been engaged. I was able to get through today and after a 23 minute wait got through. I was offered an appointment in 18 days time which, due to holiday commitments was unable to accept. I was then advised to 'phone back next week' so I could book a later appointment in July. I have had great difficulty arranging to see a Dr at this practice which makes for a frustrating patient experience.
