About: Kidderminster Hospital

I went to get treated for a neck problem and the receptionist was rude towards me as well as the doctor I saw said he couldn’t help me at all only could give me a leaflet with exercises that I had already been doing as well as getting told to take loads of tablets to allow the pain to go when I am still recovering from overdosing myself a couple of months ago and had made me feel unwanted at the hospital and can’t believe the doctor I saw could ignore the point that I was recovering from a overdose and don’t feel happy taking tablets as well as only checked one side of my neck which was the pain free side

Some things needs to change as this type of behaviour from your staff isn’t expectable at all
