The staff seemingly refuse to be held accountable and refuse to give access to a consultant. They told me that they would call you back and then didn't. It seems to me that anxiety and mental health needs requiring empathy are not a priority for them, staff wearing PPE in hot weather was given higher priority than an expectant mother who is having panic attacks and hyperventilating.
