(as the patient),

I feel very reassured because I was very nervous with covid 19 about seeing a nurse but from the very beginning, I was reassured the receptionist was very hygienic and asked me politely to change my mask and sanitise my hands and felt like it was a pleasant experience. Caroline the nurse was lovely and very knowledgeable.
