Stobhill Hospital, Dr Hardie, and her nurse - so sorry that I forgot your name - and that is so annoying as you used mine and remembered throughout to reassure and relay to me any information. 

I felt cared for, valued, treated with respect and dignity, yet professional throughout, explaining what was happening and why.
