"Waste of time "

I’m so annoyed and angry with the service of this practise, my daughter is special needs and I phoned the surgery as we was waiting for her to have her vaccination as she is special needs and classed as vulnerable, but was told she needed to be on the mencap disability register, the receptionist said just go in the site, did that but you have to get the doctor to register, to cut a long story short, I download the letter from mencap took it in to the practise, heard nothing, it’s been 3 weeks or more, phoned so many times only to get Phobed off and told ring back or can’t find the thing you dropped in, this is so important for her future, it’s like talking to a brick wall, I was gonna complain before on the first call about this as the receptionist was out of order on the phone, I’ll be trying again Monday but will probably get the same stuff.
