(as a service user),

I had 2 separate breast surgeries at university of Wishaw Hospital.  The staff on the day surgery unit on both occasions were fantastic.   They were very attentive, bright and cheery - not only with myself but I noticed  their behaviours with the other patients too.   

They were polite, courteous and respectful towards me during my visit and sensitive to the nature of my surgery. 

A credit to the NHS.

Hopefully the bright, cheery atmosphere they create on a daily basis helped put you at ease and made what must have been a very anxious time a little more bearable.
