"Not getting better"

About: St. Mary's Island Surgery

Why do I have the feeling the doctor is Googling symptoms? Put on hold for several minutes and then given a possible diagnosis! Still no face to face appointments available and not given a time-span for when they could resume. This practice has gone from bad to worse. I hope common sense will prevail and this group practice will not be allowed to continue.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with St Mary's Island Group Practices. Please accept my sincere apologies. I would like to reassure you that the practice do provide face to face appointments following triage and the practice has been doing so throughout the pandemic.

Please can I assure you as a practice we consider the comments from our patients, their carers and loved ones to be of utmost importance as they provide valuable feedback for us to improve our services and customer care. Please contact Kerry Rushton, Practice Manager - kerry.rushton@nhs.net to discuss this matter further
