I called to explain that there is no Cirtizine anywhere in stock to speak to this lady who tried to convince me that it is not possible. No doctor’s appointments were available in the next 2 weeks so they cannot change the medicine either. She said to me as mother to mother what she gives to her son?! When I said to her that the last time my daughter’s face was swollen badly she said that my daughter has a hay fever, a diagnosis that hear for the 1st time?! The doctor told me that she has an allergy of unknown origin that do not need to be tested and that she needs to take the medicine constantly. At the end of the call again she just send me to another pharmacy to find the medicine there.

During the call her attitude wasn’t great and it felt as she wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible ones I started asking for an alternative.

I have been with this GP practice for almost 7 years and I am beyond any words about the way they have started dealing with their patients.

Not to mention that the medicine receives some of the symptoms but not all and that my dauther has a rash that is extremely itchy. Still to hear that she can’t find a doctor.

I do apologise if for any reason the practice has caused you any upset or distress.

I will speak to the reception team as they are asked not to pass personal comments when speaking to patients.

However as your comment is annoymous I am unable to invite you to come into the practice to discuss.
