About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a day surgery visit for urethral dilatation and rigid cystoscopy. A very relaxed visit to day surgery and a very smooth and trouble-free procedure. All staff very attentive, friendly and professional. I was made to feel relaxed and in safe hands throughout. Lots of good humour too. I cannot fault the experience at all.
