We have been given a date for a memory test visit in recent past which has been moved since person involved had a hospital stay. We now have a date in a few days and need to let the clinic/practitioner know that the patient has moved again. Its urgent as in the visit is SOON but there seems to be no way of contacting anyone by email nor the ability to leave a telephone message. In this day and age of email being King this is unacceptable, wasting their time and ours and supremely inefficient. In my opinion the Admin in general at the Victoria Centre Swindon is wholly inefficient and not very user friendly. In my experience and opinion this seems to be a theme for the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
