i found all the dr's reception staff, drug pushers and nurses to be exceptional . helpful. understanding . caring, like all people we prefer to have face to face reviews but i have never found telephone appointments to be a problem, these good people go the extra mileto help when they can. . the odd failure is not as a result of any desire to make life difficult but probably the workload they are given
